Adding this to the blocker list for the 1.17 deployment, because it shows up on
the prototype wiki.
As I said above, I guess that this is the same as bug 26041. Probably someone
just needs to set
$wgEnableMWSuggest = false;
so SimpleSearch and MWSuggest are not active at the same time.
