Re JS sortable table stuff (this bug is about too many things...): Well client
side js sorting stuff would be nice, since these tables aren't dynamic,
wouldn't it be easier to: on the server side add a sortkey as a data attribute
for each cell of the table, and then just sort that on client side. (Only issue
with this is it might be complicated to implement in the parser [table code in
parser is scary imho, but I'm sure some other people find it less scary], and
lang preferences, but I think that just using the content language [or the
page's language I suppose now that we have that] would be sufficient).

Thoughts?
