In  future, please consider reading  up  on the 13 months of background
research for  this new rule proposal and the reasons for it
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:NPP), and take note that  its
proponents have offered three parallel alternative methods for fast-tracking 
the serious articles for live publication -  hardly  the work  of a bunch  of
dedicated exclusionists. This could be easily  done by according  a new user
right of, for example, New Page Reviewer, as is done on  the German Wiki.
