We are moving rapidly towards having an Action API log channel that is designed
to feed into Hadoop via Kafka as part of T102079: Metrics about the use of the
Wikimedia web APIs <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T102079>:
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/240614/

It doesn't much matter to me what Kafka cluster this data goes into as long as
we can work with the Analytics team to pull it out on the other end and get it
into Hadoop for reporting.
