autodesc is creating URLs like https://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?action="">...

It should not be prefixing the property IDs.

There are two versions that I can find: http://tools.wmflabs.org/wikidata-todo/autodesc.js and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Wdsearch-autodesc.js

This is being used by some wikis to provide Wikidata search results, but I think the problem with properties is only visible when people use it on Wikidata itself.
