All right, that may not be a big problem. However, it would be a big problem if
we have:

Q(Coat of Arms of Novi Sad) -> Coat of Arms of Novi Sad -> Novi Sad
Q(something) -> Coat of arms of Novi Sad -> Novi Sad
Q(something) -> Coat of arms of novi sad -> Novi Sad
