The Commonwealth of Learning and the WE community would like to celebrate your achievements and profile this important milestone. WE is generating about 300 000 visits per month -- so this will help extend the news around the world! While finite detail of the Cape Town declaration does not get all things right -- signing the declaration is definitely the right thing to do. Kudos to Otago Polytechnic!
