Hi Minhaaj

Yeah -- the OER Handbook is quite inspirational.

The process for L4C workshops is documented here:

http://wikieducator.org/Learning4Content/Facilitators/Guidelines:_Face-to-face_workshops

I'd recommend that you start a sub page for your planned workshop, by
listing this on the face-to-face workshop page:

http://wikieducator.org/Learning4Content/Workshops/Face-to-face_schedule

This wiki page becomes your planning node for the workshop, the place to
list:

      * Usernames of the participants,
      * include photos of the workshop and
      * uploading your final report.

You don't need to wait until you have the 15 participant names.
Typically in the face to face workshops, participants actually create
their user pages during the workshop. You will need to print out copies
of the learning contracts for participants before hand, and on the first
day you can invite the participants to sign the learning contract. Then
post these off to COL once you have got them signed.

Here are examples of the recent workshops in the Solomon Islands and
PNG:

http://wikieducator.org/Learning4Content/Workshops/Face-to-Face_schedule/L4C3

It's worth reading the facilitator's reports which are linked from these
pages.

Once you have the letter of confirmation from the host institution --
we're pretty much all systems go. Let me know when you've uploaded
this, choose a date for the workshop and we'll email a copy of the
"bounty" contract.

Hope this helps and look forward to seeing the outputs of your efforts
in Pakistan!

Cheers
Wayne
