Dear Dr. Wayne and other friends, We may constitute an Editorial board comprising committed experts from different essential areas, that will facilitate consolidation on suggestions on redesign, plan it, implement it and maintain the home page - the living room of our online home - more active and dynamic on 7 x 24 basis. It should be able to tell about our OER efforts at a glance.
