Hi Patricia, I am also available to help as a facilitator. In eL4C51, the use of facilitator teams with each team assigned to work with a specific group of participants worked well for me. I think I got to know some of the participants in my group better than I might have if I were working with the everyone. It seemed like it worked well for participants as well. If the #'s of participants and facilitators is enough, it might be useful to employ this structure again...matching people from "opposing" timezones :)
