Ok. But incivility *is* a serious problem, just like... AIDS.

So it makes sense to address the problem directly -- research into
cures, vaccines, precautionary notifications, safe sex techniques,
repressive therapies, palliative care, etc. -- and to remove those
things like IAR, which like other careless notions -- sharing needles,
receiving blood, going bareback -- only tend to lead to un-miraculous
results.
