I guess this can be solved if e-mails are sent to OTRS, but I am not
sure we have enough OTRS capacity to handle this, even for a month. May
be uploading to Flickr first is just plain easier.
Flickr offers upload by email doesn't it? You only have to set up
special email addresses with a secret key in them. I agree that it's
difficult to manage properly nowadays, it's something which will be
easier to implement as an app when/if
