I see that Russia in on the list though their website was not updated
since November. (Actually, I believe the Russian pages on Commons were
only updated once on Commons since April - and before that they were
updated by me). If there are more countries with clearly outdated
websites it would be safer to screen them until the websites are
up-to-date.
