Hi Rebecca,

you're correct that the judging would be in December, that was probably an
oversight.

My best guess is that 30 November will be the deadline (it is usually 1
month after the submission closes). Last year you got a few bonus days
because of holidays. :) But follow Ndahiro's instructions for sure rather
than my guesses!
