I'm not quite sure what you're aiming at here, but Liam's point was that it was somewhere between unhelpful and downright harmful to have discussions about the Wikimedia gender gap conducted entirely between men. (It's a bit like having a discussion about Wikipedia conducted entirely by people who've never used the internet.) I would describe this as "common sense" rather than "radical feminism".
