This is our second session of the Conflict Resolution series, which is about learning the challenges in globally multicultural communities and exploring communication from a cultural lens. 👉 What will you learn? 🧠 By the end of this session, you’ll be able to: 1. Develop active listening & non-violent communication (NVC) skills. 2. Learn a few strategies to navigate cultural sensitivities & biases in Wikimedia spaces. 3. Know some practices around effectively handling asynchronous communication.
