Nice initiative Subha, For the other suggestions that are floating in, I would recommend not to suggest/nominate third parties. Let individuals nominate themselves for it to be more productive adminship.
A need of gender balance could be there but list adminship simply doesn't require it, so instead of forcibly implimenting it for the sake of political correctness, let us invite all genders, male/female/third gender/gender neutral, all.
