Thanks for posting this. There has been enough posted already to the Talk page to show the need for a new version. How would you like to proceed? The normal wiki way of drafting would simply be to edit that page. Given that outsiders may be involved, it might prove confusing to them, at least. So a second page as "working draft" might be better, at least from that point of view. Just a suggestion.
