Simon, let's take this off-list and talk to Toni and Jon. I personally like
a two-pronged approach (and if we're having a stall again it's good to have
more than one person). Conference fee this year was 167 for early-bird
booking, though accommodation is extra. So, not a hugely expensive event,
but more costly than a lot of things we attend. Of course I'm happy to
leave the decision to those who manage the money.
