[Wikisource-l] Standardize ProofreadPage namespaces, again

John Vandenberg agreed to use the 250 / 252 pair for Page and Index 
namespaces, respectively.
Is it wise to just go ahead and request changing one site at a time? 
What are your wikis' general opinions about this?
