Well, to be clear: I have an opinion against time tracking as a tool for product management or estimation, especially if it involves extra bookkeeping. From what I can tell, Redmine does work like that. That said, Redmine might be better than Bugzilla for a variety of other reasons. Or, maybe time tracking is really great when done right and I just haven't ever seen that yet. When I say skeptical, I just mean that I would like to see evidence first. If it really makes the PMs' lives much better, we should definitely consider it.
