Which browser are you using ? (ie. Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome). And which version of that browser ? What kind of system do you run this browser on ? (ie. Apple Mac, Windows, Linux etc.) These details are important, without them it's impossible to solve your problem as many people don't have this problem.
