Good news on this. I've been pitching this at the foundation ever since the last FOSDEM conference and Erik has green lit budget for it. We've been going back and forth with the organizers over the last couple of months to better understand what's possible. I imagine this will be similar to a dev room / presentation track like Mozilla does each year.
