If this is really caused by the last deploy (to wmf.14) the change must be
at
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rMWec6907e0b64f302a719ac9f08e2e0fa943ce8fc2.
Have a look at this change (it is a branch creation).

I can see some changes in skins/ folder at the bottom of the linked page,
maybe changes in it would be interesting for you.
