Beste Harondel, the way I do it in Outlook 2002 and 2003, is, to place the
listname in the BCC-field and an alias of the list in the to-field.
E.g. name of the list "Wheatgrowers" in the BCC-field and an alias name
"TheWheatgrowers" with a single address, such as the address af the sender,
in the to-field.

Met vriendelijke groet, Eppo R. Kooi.

I know what I need to do is possible as I've seen it before, but darned if I

can remember how to do it or find out how to do it, either googling or in
some of the exchange 2k3 books on my shelf.

Customer has public folder setup and in there has address books and
distribution lists for their work. When sending an email to a distribution
list using Outlook 2000 (the main person doing this, while the other staff
use outlook xp or 2k3), she selects the distribution list in the to: field,
however it arrives with all the recipients shown, how do I configure things
so that only the distribution list name shows on the recipient end?

Note the distribution list was created by the Outlook 2000 user.
