Its not a bearing lifetime problem as such !!!  Its all the crap that 
the machines accumulate that does the damage !!!!!   I have had PSU 
fans seized solid in less than 12 months use.   Same with CPU fans.

I have one client who makes cement.  A machine in their office has a 
lifetime of less than 6 months without a filter wrap.  Don't mention 
keyboards.  How on earth they manage to get cement dust under the 
protective membrain,  but they do !!!!!    They are talking about 
putting in air conditioning this spring...............

Still, can't complain.  <VBG>
