Running 'ntptrace -v time.nist.gov' shows it is: Stratum 1. Running 'ntptrace -v time.windows.com' shows it is: Stratum 16 Stratum 1 is a no-no. Stratum 16 will not allow anything to sync since there isn't a Stratum 17. >If >they are, MS messed up by putting them as choices in their XP >Internet Time service. :D It wouldn't be the first time MS 'messed up'.
