Stratum 1 is a no-no.
Stratum 16 will not allow anything to sync since there isn't
a Stratum 17.
If they are, MS messed up by putting them as choices in
their XP Internet Time service. :D
It wouldn't be the first time MS 'messed up'.
What's interesting is that both of them were working well until
about one or two weeks ago.
