If you were following this thread, you would know that 'time.nist.gov'
is not working, nor should it be attempted to be contacted by
individual users. clipped...
I had four firewall rules for time sync, and it was running but failing
silently.
I switched to a free program since I only have two choices inside WindowsXP
and both failed to work. (Thanks for pointing that out...)
Computer was keeping good time though.......
