No the CD and software isn't yours. The CD and its software is still the
property of the company reguardless of wether or not you are employed with the
company.

The company has purchased and registred ( I can hope to assume) the said
software which makes it company property no matter what type of company that
you were once employed by.
Most if not all companies have a "Loaned Software" policy of which all current
and former employees must agree to and abide by.

If the employee disagrees with any item in the company policy then the loaned
software request will be denied.

This policy also applies to software that's been installed on laptops, PDA's,
cellphones and any other portable electronic device loaned out to employees
also and they must return the laptop or any other portable device with the
software privided unaltered and that they've made no alterations such as
uninstalled, patched, upgraded or installed any additional software that does
not belong to the company.

Any such alterations can violate the company policy and the software EULA so
make sure that when next time before you do request a software loan please read
your company policy very, very carefully bacuase you can be held legally liable
by your company for any damages or missuse of the software.

You must return the CD to the company upon termination of your employment and
must not have copied it anytime prior to your termination.
