Sorry, Wayne, I just couldn't resist. I do agree with you about having a zipped
feature inside another very useful utility makes a lot of sense.

The last I knew PD was more expensive than Total Cmdr & did less as I jumped ship when they couldn't institute FTP correctly. Who owns PowerDesk now? Is it Symantec? <lol> I love an app that stays with one developer but we don't see many of those these days & from my programming days it was always hell to try & figure out what that other programmer was thinking when he wrote this loop or subroutine. Maybe that's why I like beta testing now because all I have to do is to tell them it's broken & ask them if they can please fix it. Ya know basically what my clients do to me. ;-)

I just don't think WinZip will get resurrected like Corel has been in that there is more competition for a very small niche' market. I wish them all the best of luck especially if the kept the WinZip developers but they probably did not.
