He has your address.
Whatever application he uses to send mail must contact an SMTP server and
give it two things: a message to be transmitted (which includes the headers
that you see) and an address or list of addresses to which it should be
sent. You do not see this address or list.
The apps that most of us use for email normally use to "send-to" address to
create the "TO:" header. But note that if you have an address list in many
clients (Pegasus mail, for one), the name of the list will go in the "TO:"
header but its contents will be given to the SMTP server. Your recipients
will see only the name of the list.
