When I opened the message, I found that Mike Miller had written:

The problem can be identified with one word:  DirecWay!

Just got off the phone with them.  They can't correct the problem.
Refused to let me speak to any upper lever personnel.  

I unplugged DirecWay and plugged in my Microwave connection 
and everything is fine.

I'm stopping my credit card payment and they can come get their 
equipment.

Incompetent people make me angry.  Not because they are 
incompetent, but because they will not allow you to speak to 
someone who might be competent.
