I'd agree with much of what JimB says.... My HP gives me lots of options, so I'm
wondering whether there is another way into that section - maybe the startup or
shortcut is toast. I'd be inclined to call Tech Support again and speak with a
manager... FWIW, there really isn't all that much (or anything) that you can't
get
elsewhere from what I can see - I'd be happy to send a screenshot offlist.
