This does not work for too long since some sites open their
own windows of small size and the system takes its value
by default.
Best it to place an icon in the toolbar to maximize any window.

Open a web page and maximize the browser to full screen size.
Then close it. Always make the last browser window you close be
one that is maximized to full screen.
