Go to a local wall-mart, Kmart, lows, home depot or what ever and get a
window a/c filter, 1/4" open cell foam, spray it with Pam or some other
non-stick spray. Replace as needed. It comes in various sizes, cut it to
fit.
I would think furnace filters would be the best but that's just me.
