Now that I moved to a little one-horse town, the only bank that
has OLB is WFB. I've been with them for years, but their charges
are out of line. I'm still using a CU back in CA.
I've been using online banking since it first became available.
I switched from Wells Fargo to Bank of America in order to take
advantage of the latter's free online bill-pay. If I'm not mistaken, Wells
Fargo's bill-pay is free as long as you keep a certain minimum balance.
