Do you have access or another database program, seems that is the way to go >From what you say you want to have data such as this Fname Lname Address City State Zip Date and this changes with each contribution? Contribution and you increase this amount on a regular basis and keep a running total
You can do it in Quicken also, contact me off list, don't know about quick books Jimmy A. Hughes [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://home.earthlink.net/~homeinspector/ When I opened the message, I found that Bernie Cosell had written: > > > Can you set Q to pay a bill on a recurring basis, like OLB? > > Yes. You do have to send the request once per period, however, a > > slightly annoying requirement. > > Not true as far as I know. You can set up a "repeating payment" in > the online billpay and it'll just go, on and on. There's no need to > send any additional requests [again, as far as I know]. Clear as mud!!! 1. To which application was the person referring when he said "send the request once per period"? 2. To which application were you referring, Bernie? With Online Banking (at least with my two banks) you can set up a "recurring Payment" and it will continue (as long as you have enough money in your account) until the date in the future which you pre-set to end it. I need some help with Quicken (I went ahead and got it) if anyone wants to help me. All I want it for is to keep a record of church members (all their pertinent data) and their contributions. Or, if I can do the same thing with Quick Books, I'd rather use it. It must be "clean" though. I want the members to be called members or contributors...............not customers <smile>.
