It looks like Consumers would be responsible for only a "co-pay" of $10
out of the cost of $50-60...
I guess that "could be" waived for the "really poor", and keeps people from
ordering a dozen...
Lets see if I under stand, they take something away (airwaves) that is worth
(by their own figures)
$10Billion CASH, and will spend $3Billion to make sure we all don't get injured
in the transition...
Sounds like a Gov't program if I ever heard one... ROTFLMAO!
