I interpreted the question "Is it possible to SET Outlook Express..."
as a request for a permanent setting change which would cause all
subsequent automatic mail fetches to behave in the desired fashion.
Sometimes one has to deduce the *intent* of the question in order to
grasp what's really wanted.
Very few users have the ability to phrase computer questions in
technically correct verbiage.
