Don't care about floppy, however some of the Sony unit's I've seen at client 
sites have both cd and floppy. Yes to the thickness, no to the weight.

Again, doesn't meet the requirements.

This one meets all requirements except it's 4.6lbs, the asus one above is 
3.3lbs
