My fave choice is Radmin http://www.radmin.com/ US$35/license, 1 license allows install on 2 machines. > She has XP home and I have XP Pro. If it was the other way around it would be easy as you could use MS RDP client from the home to the pro machine, you can't do it the other way around though. > What are the limitations of that kind of program? Well, with Radmin, you have full control, and while you do, it's difficult for the end user to control the computer. There is also a viewonly mode, so that the end user can show you what they are doing but you are unable to control it. The BIGGEST advantage Radmin has over MS RDP is that it has a file transfer module. You can transfer files witn MS RDP but it involves sharing your local drives with the other person's machine. Depending on your trust level for the other machine, this is a bad idea. The Radmin way is kinda like graphical ftp. -- Harondel J.
