A specific example is NSW 2003 was the last good version but after
that it went downhill fast but that's JMNSHO & YMMV but probably NOT.
Some would say the last good version of MSFT Office was '97 but I'm
sure there are those that would argue that point; therefore, much of
what is good is in the eye of the beholder.
