1- I downloaded and installed the patch yesterday from GRC - Steve Gibson's site
2- I didn't know you should uninstall it so it was there when the MS update was
installed today
3- After reading this list I re-registered regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

4- I downloaded the WMF vulnerability checker
[http://castlecops.com/downloads-file-495-details-WMF_Vulnerability_Checker.html]
and Sygate tried to stop it but a manual scan by McAfee v9 ignored it.
5- The checker shows that I am invulnerable

6- I went to this test url http://sipr.net/test.wmf and McAfee caught and
cleaned it

Now can I forget all about this??

Thanks, Karen

Many people keep badmouthing McAfee yet it found the nasty right away.
