Hi,
A New York Times article (also not serious!) last week was about Dell tech
suppport personnel being described as DOPEs, for Dell Overseas Personal
Expert.
I worked out an acronym in a similar vein for my own function:
Support, Help & Overseas Linguistic Expert.
Oh yes, & our company name? Automatic Systems ;-)
