How do I copy my address book and inbox messages from my old
computer to my new one? Also Firefox bookmarks? Sam
I use BackupFox which you can grab from here:-

It allows you to backup your Firefox and Thunderbird installs, including
bookmarks, extentions, history and mailbox messages out to a single
file. It also allows you to restore these files.
So, you could just move the backup file to a new compuiter and run a
restore from there. Should work ok.
