OK found out what file protection is called and try to disable SFC in the
registry and it will not work, every time I try it reverts back and I tried
replacer and it reverts back to the original uxtheme.dll
Replace the backup copy 1st that resides in
[drive]:\windows\system32\dllcache then replace the one that resides
in system32 so when Windows objects it replaces the one in the
system32 folder with the new one from the dllcache folder.
