We have recently added a laptop to our home network. At present the range
of its portability is within the home. With this in mind I have been using
the AC power rather than the battery as I thought I was saving the battery.
Is this the true? Am I doing the battery some harm or detriment?
Also is it possible to run the laptop on AC power alone or do you have to
have the battery installed at all times?
