If you already have a free copy of QuickTime 7 and if the show is posted on the NPR website in quicktime *.mov format you can upgrade it to licensed copy of Quicktime Pro 7 for $29.99 which can let you view the stream and save it to your hardrive. What apple does is that after you pay for the license they send you a key to unlock the file save and video authoring features.
It cost $29.99 per single user license to upgrade. http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore?productLearnMore=D3381Z/A Marc Sims Data Technician I Prince George's Community College >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wednesday, May 10, 2006 >>> Hi, I missed a show on TV last night. It was on PBS. These shows eventually become availble on their website for watching. Is there a way to download and save those shows, for later viewing? Unlike some audio shows, which can be downloaded, or captured during play, I do not know of any way to do it with video.
