What's the action of the form? If it's "mailto." your results are somewhat unpredictable. See http://www.netmechanic.com/news/vol3/form_no4.htm.

Subject: HTMLforms & E-mail

Hi,

I want to use an HTML form for a technician to fill in at the end of a site visit. I've done this before, & it works with different OSes & with OE & Outlook, but on 1 on my client's PCs (the one he uses for demos!), Outlook just opens with a new message, & the stuff from IE does not get filled in automatically. On the HTML info sites I use, there is no mention of the fact that forms don't always work.

Has anyone out there any experience of this (& how to fix it)?

TIA,

Richard.be
